I actually went to the gym this morning, 7:30, butt on the treadmill and yes, i turned it on too. I wasn't just sitting on it this time. I get upstairs and there's chocolate cookies right next to my desk. I said this is a test and I said, No! I won't have them, but I will watch others eat them. LOL Kathy. Why someone would bring food into work the day after Christmas is beyond me. I thanked the guy who brought them in, but I really wanted to say "See that trash can? Could ya just throw them in there? Thanks." I ate a donut, the whole while asking myself if I stand a snowball's chance of losing weight this year. I am mortified. I have never been this heavy in my life. I want to cry. I may have to do something drastic like LA Weight Loss or Nutrisystem starting yesterday. Wow. It's really bad.
