Meet the Bloggers
i just happen to look at the stats on my word press dashboard and realized i cracked the 100th post mark. lots of people use this opportunity to celebrate themselves, but i would like to celebrate the people i have come to “know” through blogging, the blogs i enjoy reading and those who share a little bit of themselves by commenting. in no particular order…..
i found a useful tool in my junk draw by the name of kathy. the funny thing about kathy’s blog is that she reminds me of me! our blogs even look similar, except i think i like her colors better (grin). i love her sense of humor and she always has a funny story to share. this is a junk draw you will want to keep open and never clean out, it’s full of good stuff. kathy, i just want to know one thing: are we related?
next up at bat is my girl tondy who says imma wake up one day and think this is so lame, referring to her blog. she comes to us all the way from new zealand. i like tondy’s blog because she doesn’t hold anything back, she speaks freely and her blog is full of interesting and fun stories. her personal blog is one of my favorites, so take a trip to new zealand without your passport and the security checks and say hello to tondy!
this guy is the male version of oprah and he goes by the name of joeprah. he’s a stay at home daddy blogger and has the cutest videos on his blog that he films of his kids. if you think it’s easy being a stay at home dad, think again. imagine the heat and looks he gets from stay at home moms, but that doesn’t stop him. it’s nice to read the male version of what it’s like to be a full time parent. his parenting stories will make you laugh…diapers are optional.
b-my life my thoughts keeps me up to date on all the entertainment news. it’s my one stop blog to visit when i want to know what’s going on in the entertainment world. i like her posts because they are quick, entertaining and easy to read. she reviews books and movies as well, who could ask for anything more? certainly not me! thanks for keeping Us In Touch about the Life and Style of People…you’re a Star among many.
mama pumpkin is another good read and describes her blog as a mama’s monologue. i enjoy reading how she interacts with her little one, who seems to be teaching her a lot. she has a great, down to earth sense of humor and i can easily spend a day commenting on her blog entries. i love her ability to blog about just anything….she keeps me smiling. look, it’s the great mama pumpkin, charlie brown!
this lady may not have an identity, but she needs no introduction. for those of you who know me well know why i would love this blog so much. my open wallet is about a 30 something blogger living in new york city who openly, but anonymously, blogs open her finances and her journey to building her net worth. if you need motivation with getting your finances in order and you’re ready to build your net worth, you can learn a lot just by reading her blog. it should give anyone who wants to increase their net worth, hope. thanks for showing us the money!
i have to give a shout out to my favorite canadian redneck over at the observations from the back 40. robert is an amazing blogger and writer. his words always take me on a journey without the expense and he writes poetry too. i can’t say enough about robert, you just have to experience his blog for yourself. drive on over to his rest stop and check him out! here’s tooting at you, robert!
for originality, kudos goes to olga, the traveling bra. a bra with a blog, how funny is that! she gets a lot more exposure than anything i own! i enjoy looking at the pictures and the places olga has traveled. this bra gets a handful of support from her fans and is not camera shy. she won’t let you down and will never leave you hanging….cross my heart!
who doesn’t need tips in love, life and [for] you. in my heels is one of the newer blogs i’ve come across. i love this blog because the information is great as well as useful. this is my think blog, a place i go for blog therapy and encouragement. the posts are full of self-examining questions [and thoughts] that only you can answer. if you’re into self-help, slip on your shoes, lace up your converse and walk in my heels.
and last but not least is another blog i just added to my roll, monique renae. she seems like a down to earth person and a friend you keep for life. i love to read whatever she’s blogging about and she is the type of person i would like to have watching my back. she also loves to take pictures, like myself, so shutter on over to her blog and flash her some love!
oh wait, i can’t forget my myspace friend, dallas. he’s a great poet and writer, you have to check out some of his posts. he will wow you and paint some of the most beautiful pictures with his poems. he fits right into my favorite list of poets. dallas is such a class act, i once said that i wanted to clone him and release him into society. dallas also writes poetry with his wife.
