That should get your background colors to match. (also, I'm not sure if the comments allow special characters, so the code I posted above might be all messed up. Find this:

#header {
background: #0C72A2 url(images/head-bg.gif) no-repeat !important;
height: 110px;
border-top: 5px solid #222D2D;
position: relative;
color: #D16683;
}

and change the “background: #” from “0c72a2″ to “006699″.

That should get your background colors to match.
