		<description>thanks jorge. i was looking at that and said i would deal with it later. that right side shows okay on some monitors...like my desktop.  my laptop however reveals the different color.  will fix and i need to make it clickable too. joy joy.</description>

Find this:

#header {
	background: #0C72A2 url(images/head-bg.gif) no-repeat !important;
	height: 110px;
	border-top: 5px solid #222D2D;
	position: relative;
	color: #D16683;
}

and change the "background: #" from "0c72a2" to "006699".

That should get your background colors to match.

(also, I'm not sure if the comments allow special characters, so the code I posted above might be all messed up. I so, sorry.
