WordPress and DST

If you’ve noticed the time associated with your comments is an hour off, it’s because WordPress does not recognize Daylight Savings Time (DST). If your state participates in DST and you want to fix this, download this plugin, if it doesn’t bother you, do nothing. If you are on the east coast, instead of typing in EST, type in EDT for the correct time.

Oh wait, if it doesn’t bother you, maybe you’ll enjoy this post:

Yeah, I noticed that… so I went back into user options or whatever and changed my time from -6 t0 -5. I am not sure if that fixed it since by then I was very very annoyed.

I am so hesitant about installing anything on my blog… I’ve seen way too many blogs go crazy due to a bad widget. But, I will look at that list :)

Robert, did you lose your blog?

Monique that might be a safer option (it works). I HAVE to do things the complicated way. Yeah I don’t like installing stuff, when I do, I back it up and pray.

Robert I’m the slow learner, lol.
